The
Traveling Golfer sends heartfelt congratulations
to Natalie Letts of Callander, Ontario!
Natalie
is the winner of the recent "Win a Trip to
the International Couples Golf Festival in PEI,"
sponsored by Nevada Bob's Golf, Golf PEI, Voyages
Gendron and the Traveling Golfer.
Back
in April, Natalie was perusing the Nevada Bob's
Golf website, looking for golf-themed items she
would be able to put in her newly renovated bathroom.
While on the website, she read about the contest
and took the time to enter.
"I've
played golf for about 20 years," she told
The Traveling Golfer, "and I am the first
to admit that I am not very good, but I still
enjoy playing." Natalie went on to admit
that she doesn't know what her handicap would
be, but figured "Whatever the worst'
is, that's me!" she laughed.
Natalie
and her boyfriend, who typically play at Osprey
Links Golf Course in Callander, have never traveled
on a golf vacation before and are really looking
forward to the opportunity to experience golf
on the east coast.
Natalie's
prize includes round trip airfare to Prince Edward
Island for two people, a car rental, accommodations
at The Rodd Charlottetown Hotel, participation
in the International Couples Golf Festival, plus
two sets of Nicklaus Golf AirMax XC clubs and
bags.
The
Festival, being held July 9th to 13th, includes
an opening reception, three rounds of golf at
Festival host courses and a PEI Traditional Island
Kitchen Party during the closing banquet. In addition
to this great golf vacation, Natalie will have
the opportunity to enjoy PEI Island's world-renowned
hospitality!
Congratulations,
Natalie; enjoy!
